Returns & Exchanges


Unfortunately, at this moment we do not have a return policy. If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size we will only exchange the size for you within 14 days of the delivery of the garments. Please ensure that the garment if returned is unused, is in the original packaging and has all the original tags. Once we receive the returned package, CECIL’s team will review the reason for exchange and based on the jurisdiction we will process the return / exchange.


STEP 1: Send us an email within 5 business days of receiving the package on If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for a return / exchange.
STEP 2: The team will revert with an email confirming the return / exchange along with a return label.
STEP 3: Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags and a pick-up agent will come to collect the package. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the return and the package will be sent back. Please note that we will not accept an exchanges for items marked as SALE, ONE SIZE & items purchased on Flash Sale.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any international returns / exchanges at the moment.


Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. If you have received a faulty item please email us at with ‘Request for Return/Exchange’ follow by your Order Number in the subject line. In the email mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund you upon return.


If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
